    my relatives came at nine o' clock and went away at 11 o' clock.


    ( I mean they came to visit me at my place at 9 and went away at 11)

    Grammatically OK, but 'left' would be more idiomatic than 'went away'.

    It depends if you are writing it in a story and the context of the story around it.
