1 The shop opened at 10.00 am (yesterday). This is a simple sentence in the past tense meaning the opening action was done in the past, say yesterday.
2.The shop was opened at 10.00am(by someone) This is in passive form meaning the opening action was done by someone.
    3. The shop was closed at 10.00pm Passive voice.
    4. The shop closed at 10.00pm. Simple statement in the past.

Are they different? Basically there is no difference.

    Re: close and open

sarat_106's answer is correct, as far as it goes.
However, 3. "The shop was closed at 10.00pm" also has another meaning, eg.
A: I went to the shop at 10.00pm.
B: You couldn't have. The shop was closed at 10.00pm.
The reason this happens is that "closed" is used both as an adjective and a past participle, while "open" and "opened" are the antonyms.
The shop was open at 8am because it was opened at 7am.
The shop was closed (adj) at 7pm because it was closed (p.p.) at 6pm.
