    what is the difference between

    what is the difference between inside me and inside of me? are they both correct and having the same meaning? i found both on the internet in almost the same context and i don't know which one to use. thanks a lot.

    The meaning is the same. "Inside me" is the standard plain English. "Inside of me" is common, but should not be used in formal writing.
