    Idiom

    I got a question ?

If you want to fire somebody, or even betray, what would be the idiom or quote fot it, like To pull somebody´s rug (literally) ?

    Re: Idiom

"To pull the rug from under his/her/their feet" means to take away their security.

"To sack someone" means to fire them.
