    I WANT TO BE SURE ABOUT THE NEWS.

    MAKE SURE Mr john THAT YOU CAN NOT PRACTICE ENGLISH WITHOUT STUDYING GRAMMAR.

    IF I HAVE MADE ANY MISTAKE WITH GRAMMA, PLEASE CORRECT IT.

    Hello, Yassin. Try these:

    For "I want to be sure about the news," try, "I want to make sure that the news is true".

    For "Make sure Mr. John that you cannot practice English without studying grammar," try, "Rest assured, Mr. John, you cannot practice English without studying grammar." The phrase "rest assured" means, "be secure in the knowledge that...". You can substitute "You may be sure that" for that phrase: "You may be sure, Mr. John, that you cannot...".
