B: ⓐHow much is there left?

A: $2.50 ("two-fifty" or "two and a half bucks" in NAmer)

B: Just you keep it man.<---GOOD!

Re: What can we do with this remaining money?

Many thanks for your help abaka

Can I ask you one more thing about left & remainder?
    I'm so confused these two..

A: This is team project, so I think we need to share the portion fairly.
Why donít you take this much pages and research it. For you, this much pages.
B: But there are still 30 more pages left.
A: ⓐWhy donít we just do our portion and give what is left to John?
ⓑ Why donít we just do our portion and give remainders to John?
B: Good! I will call him and let him know.

Re: What can we do with this remaining money?

A: This is team project, so I think we need to share it out fairly.
Why don’t you take so many pages and research our portion. For you, so many pages.
B: But there are still 30 more pages left.
A: Why don’t we just do our part and give whatever's left to John?
ⓑ Why don’t we just do our portion and give the remainder to John?
B: Good! I will call him and let him know.

    Notes
    Say "much" for uncountable things: so much coffee;
but "many" for countable: so many cups of coffee, so many pages.

"Remainder" is a beautiful word, but in loose conversation "whatever is left" is much more common. Same for "part" and "portion". Note the sustained style: "do our part", simple; "research our portion", more sophisticated verb, so more sophisticated noun. I've tried to suggest really colloquial expressions whenever possible. As long as the grammar is good, there's no shame at all in speaking very simply!
