    We received the L/C today, thank you. However, there are still some urgent shipments that need your L/C, asap. Thank you in advance for your prompt reply.


    -Just kinda wondering, what is an L/C and if you already have it, why do you still need it?

    If you are going to thank somebody in advance then why bother to thank them after they have done something? (Isn't thanks supposed to be an expression of gratitude for something somebody has done?)
