    at 7 o´clock yesterday

    If somebody asks me what time I got up yesterday can I answer either I got up at 7 yesterday or I got up yesterday at 7? What about at 7 this morning and this morning at 7?

    Yes. You can say each of the four phrases. The only difference is the words you emphasize, if you are speaking, but that's up to you.
