Talking at that time or at the time

Hello~ Can you help me say this naturally please?

A: Did the lecturer tell us what kind of question will come out in the exam?

B: He will tell us one week earlier before the exam. So donít think too much about exam now,
ⓐItís not late to worry about them at that time.
ⓑItís not late to worry about them at the time.

    -----------------------------------------------------------------------

A: I admit that I had a old way of thinking at that time. (Or at the time.)
But not anymore, I am more open-minded and I've thrown away conservtive way of thinking.

A: I admit that I had an old way of thinking at that time. (Or at the time or then.) All three are good.
But not anymore. I am more open-minded, and I've thrown away my conservative way of thinking.
