    please explain the difference between the sentences in each number.
    1. I know this is going to happen.
    and
    I knew this is going to happen.

    also,
    2.I knew it....
    and
    I know it....

    3. I know that....
    and
    I knew that....

    1. I know this is going to happen. I know, at this moment, that this will happen, possibly now, possibly in the future.

    I knew this was going to/would happen. I knew before, in the past, that this would happen, it has just happened.
