    Post correct form of close

    Dear teacher,
Did I use the correct form of close with the following sentences?
    Many thanks

    He offered closing the door.
Itís usual for people to close the curtains at night.
    How about closing the window?

    Re: correct form of close

    Disclaimer: I'm not a teacher.

The first should be "He offered to close the door." The other two are correct.
