    his offices

    Hi

Archbishop Tutu was a great man. All kinds of people come through his offices and the way he deals with it is really quick and efficient.

--- Does "come through his offices" mean that many people come to his office and he helps them?

It means they come to his office and leave again. We can assume from the context that he helps them.

come through = pass through = visit
