Can you help me and tell me where can I plural the numbers, for example: where can I write thousand and where can I write thousands.

The word "thousand" can be used as an adjective as well as noun. When used as adjective no plural. Example: The function was attended by five thousand people.
When used as noun you can use its plural form. Example: His defection will raise apprhension among tens of thousands of his supporters.
