    "prepared"

    Hello,

I think that "prepared" could be an "adjective" and from the general context do not think that it is the "passive". However, could it also be the present perfect and if so why or why not?

"I think a lot of companies are less environmentally responsible now. Sometimes some companies (and factories) are prepared to pollute the air and rivers for getting money.

Thank you very much for helping.

    Best wishes,

    Philip.

Yes, prepared is a verb and an adjective.

Who, exactly, prepared this prepared meat?
