    i) what does "call" mean here, please? "decison"?

    ii) does it mean "opinion" here?

    "-What's going to happen tomorrow?
    -They've probably got some shenanigans going in the Rules Committee. We'll have to see.

    Decision.

    For example when tossing a coin, you would call heads or tails. In your example there may be more than two possible calls.
