    use of "ANY"

    Hi,

I want to know how can we use "ANY" in different sentences..

    Example:
    1. Please let me know in case of any concern.
    2. Please let me know in case of any concerns.

    3. Anyways everything is going fine.
    4. Anyway everything is going fine.

Please tell which sentence is correct out of 1 /2 and 3/4.

    Thanks.
