What is the difference between the following pairs of sentences?
    -I've read that book.
    -I've been reading that book.

-I'm finishing my exam next week.
-I'll have finished my exams next week.

This is the difference between Present Perfect and Present Perfect Continuous tense.

For starters, see an earlier thread:

The first sentence means you are finished with the book. The second sentence means you are not finished with the book.

Unless those are simply made up examples, there is context for those sentences. After I know what that context is I can be more sure what the intended meaning is.
