    I am hangovered/ I have a hangover

to be hangovered seems to be common, or am I mistaken and only to have hangover is in use?

There is no such adjective as hangovered.

    Re: I am hangovered/ I have a hangover

You would either say "I am hungover" or "I have a hangover." But "hungover" is probably more common:

"I am so hungover this morning, can you folks please keep the noise down?!"
