    Turn down Service

    Dear all,
Thank you for helping me. I found this sentence in the services offered by a hotel.

    Re: Turn down Service

Ah, yes. First class hotels and cruise ships.

At some time whilst you're at dinner and a show, housekeeping/your cabin steward rolls back the bedspread, and pulls a triangle of the bedclothes from where they were tucked under the pillow, ready for you to slip between the sheets; and leaves a chocolate (and perhaps a rose bud) on your pillow.

    Ah, I remember it well.
