Exclamation What do "take for granted" and "prohibited ground" mean?

Please treat "prohibited ground" as a legal term.

    Thanks

    Hi hugsandkisses,

Regarding the idiom "take for granted," please check out this thread from last week on the same question: Granted??

As far as the phrase "prohibited ground" goes -- especially as a legal term -- I am not familiar with it. But it appears to be self-explanatory, i.e., something that is forbidden or "off limits." Perhaps someone else here can provide exact usage details for you.
