the proper choice of an expression

    Dear teachers,

Would you be kind enough to help to me to make the proper choice?

    "false bill" or "fabricated account"
    "fabricated version" or "fake report"
"to form somebody’s character" or "to mould somebody’s character"
"not for the press" or "off the record"
    "complex programme" or "package deal"
    "confidential interview" or "private interview"
    "formal truth" or "apparent truth"

    Thank you for your efforts.
