    "ee" words

    Is there anybody can give me two words which contain ''ee''? meanwhile ''ee'' pronounces as a short vowel /i/. Thanks a lot.

    Anglika, thanks a lot. But all the "ee" in these words are long vowel /i:/, right?

    Yes, apart from sheep, which in local dialect is sometimes a short i (ship)

    For instance, 'eou' in the word advantageous pronounces as /ə/.
