Talking As a rule of majority, we can do it in this way.

Hello~ Can you help me say this naturally please?

A: I think we had better changed the topic into ‘Starbucks management’ not ‘HP management’

B: Yeah, I’m with you, research HP management going to be a bit tough.

C: That’s what I mean. Then it fixed with ‘Starbucks management’?

A: But we don’t know what D will think about it.

B: 3 group members out of 4 have been already agreed.
As a rule of majority, we can do it in this way.
Why don’t we just let D know, topic has been changed.

    A: I know majority but still…..

C: No worries, D didn’t come today meeting anyway, there is nothing wrong with it.
