Question Task with appropriate and complete instructions... please, is it correct?

    Is it correct to say:

Dispatching works and tasks with appropriate and complete instructions.

    OR

Dispatching works and tasks with appropriate and fully completed instructions.

    ???

    Dear SunMoon:

Could you explain what you mean by 'works and tasks'? Also, 'dispatching': in what sense?
