    Is this sentence correct???

    Say 'thank you' to me!

    (Imperative mood)

    I really don't know...

    Yes, it is correct.

    Why doe this confuse you?

    You are telling a person exactly what to say to you. So it has quote marks around it.

    Here's another example:

    Say "I love you" to me.

    I wish you would say you love me.

    "I love you" can be said many times a day.
