    some questions

I have a couple of questions and I'm wondering if someone could help me.

-The time when children go to the playground between classes, is it called "break time"?
    Also in the school context:
-Can I say "dance, sing, swim class" or is better to say "dancing, singing and swimming class"?
-Is it Ok to say "obligatory subjects" or do I have to say "compulsory subjects"? And what about the ones that are not compulsory, can we call them "optional"?

And last but not least, are these sentences OK?
-In the first hour, we have maths and in the second English
-The salad is a little bad
-In/at (?) my school there are two libraries
    -I like to go swimming
    -I breakfast at ten o'clock and I dinner at 8 o'clock
-On Monday, Tuesday, weekend and Wednesday and Friday afternoon we don't go to school

    Thanks!

    Re: some questions

The time when children go to the playground between classes, is it called "break time"? yes, or "recess"
    Also in the school context:
-Can I say "dance, sing, swim class" or is better to say "dancing, singing and swimming class"?
    dance class
    swim class
    music class

-Is it Ok to say "obligatory subjects" or do I have to say "compulsory subjects"? And what about the ones that are not compulsory, can we call them "optional"? We have "required classes" or "academic classes" and "extra-curricular classes" or "after-school classes"

And last but not least, are these sentences OK?

-First hour is Math; second hour is English.
    .

-The salad is a little bad. Be more specific. Is the lettuce wilted? Is it old? Does it not taste good? "little bad" is not a good description. How about: I don't care for the salad or The salad doesn't taste good to me today.

-In/at (?) my school there are two libraries You can use either one.

-I like to go swimming OK

-I eat breakfast at ten o'clock and I eat dinner at 8 o'clock
or I eat breakfast at ten and dinner at 8.

-On Monday, Tuesday, weekend and Wednesday and Friday afternoon we don't go to school School is not in session Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday afternoon, and of course, not on weekends.
