    The key is 'b'. No problem. But I think the rest 3are also correct. Is that right? "Raises money" is the best choice. "Accumulates" is right, but doesn't work well. The other two are wrong, because they mean "give" rather than "take."

    I don't like any of them, but I'd go with "qualified." Also, tell your teacher that modern states invest in young women, too.
