    What is the meaning of: "Fancy seeing you here."

    a) I'm glad to see you here.
    b) Who would imagine meeting you here!

    Well, I think "fancy" (= interjection) here means surprised feeling.

    So, "Who would imagine meeting you here!" is right answer, I guest.
