    being

    Respected,
I would like you to clarify me.
Where and how can we use "Being".
how can we use Being in different sentence structures?

It would be better if you could give some some examples in this regard.

    Stop being fearful, means ?

Please correct me If i am wrong, I appreciate your help.
    Thanks in Advance.
    Regards
    Madhu

    Re: being

    Hi!

    Let me try

Be can mean - to have some characterstics characterstics / quality.

Eg. If someone says - Be careful (Characterstics)
    - Be Good (Quality)

Verb(stop) can take infinitive as well as gerund form of the verb. In the sentence given by you it will take gerund ie. being

So the sentence will be Stop being(gerund) fearful

Gerund can function as subject of the sentence, object of the sentence and object of the proposition.

in your sentence it is functioning as object of the sentence. You(Subject) stop (Verb) being fearful (Objective phrase).
