    to is preposition, used with a verb, with an infinitive or an infinitive of purpose
    "I go to school to to study maths"

    "too" has 2 main uses -
    1) also
    "I study history, too"

    2) too + adjective/adverb
    meaning more than is acceptable or possible:
    "There are too many people here - we don't have enough chairs for them."
    "The music is too loud - please turn it down."
