    Hi there,

    Use some in questions when you expect the answer yes.
    'what is wrong? have you got something in your eye? (It seems that you have sth in your eye and I expect you to answer "yes".)

    Use some in questions when you offer and ask for things.

    In your example, they mean the same thing.

    In other sentences, they do not:
    It's so easy, anybody can do it!
    It's so easy, somebody can do it!
