    Re: Help!

    in my humble opinion:

if you have problems with listening comprehension - listen more, particularly TOEFL mode tasks; look for the TOEFL samples on the Internet

write more essays - analyse the samples

go to '' and do the TOEFL preparation course free

go to '' where you'll be able to talk to people from all over the world and improve your speaking habits

You could also try Randall's ESL Cyber Listening Lab - For ESL/EFL Students, there is a section for TOEFL and TOEIC type listening questions.

    Re: Help!

You'll find some TOEFL sites here too: TOEFL - ESL Web Directory -
Get as much practice as you can in the exam and get to know it inside out so that you know all of their tricks. Analyse your mistakes carefully so you know why your answer was wrong and what they were looking for.
