    Respected,

    which one is correct.

    after you came, I realized.
    after you come, I realized.

    these sentence structures are correct?

    I believe that first one is correct.

    It would be better if you could give some some examples in this regard.
    Please correct me If i am wrong, I appreciate your help.

    Your comming happened before I realized it. Consequently, the verb come should be in past tense. Either the past perfect or the simple past works as the conjunction word makes the sequence of events clear.

    After you came/had come, I realized something.

    Please note that realize in this context should be used as a transitive verb, which means it is to take an object.
