    Please Check My Sentence

    Hi,

1.We're still checking on this issue and we will keep you informed
2.We could not recreate the issue and need to do further testing.
3.The issues had been passed to the developers to check and we will
    keep you informed.

How to put the above sentences in a better way ?

    Thanks

I don't understand what you mean by 'recreate'.

The issues have been passed on to the developers to check and we will keep you informed of the updates on this.

    Hi,

'recreate ' in the sentences means steps taken to create the error while testing of the functionality of the software.

    Thanks

Sorry, I don't get its meaning. I am puzzled. Why should you create an error, which I think you should correct but not create.

    Re: Please Check My Sentence

    Hi,

Let me give you a clear picture . Let say a client using a software program, when click on the login button , he gets an error message. He could not figure out what has gone wrong and we would need to refer to us on how to solve this. So, we need to test this in our environment, whether we could be able to produce the same error message as the client did. To be able to create the error means that we could "recreate" this error.

    Thank you.
