    Question Helpdesk Phrases

    Hi,

    1. How to start a short conversation in a nice and lively manner with a client through e-mail?

    2. Let's say, I could not finish/solve a problem/issue and I need time to check, how to say it in a nice and polite manner to the client ?

    3. Can you please give me Helpdesk Phrases that is commonly used ?

    (c) I am writing on behalf of ....to inform you about...
