    How to pronounce chemical compounds

Here I have two compounds to pronounce: UPt3 and UPd2Al3. Could you please tell me how to pronounce them.
    Thanks a lot.

Re: How to pronounce chemical compounds

A google for chemical nomenclature would answer his query. It is far too technical for this forum, especially the organic compounds where you express structure as well as composition. UPt3 would be something like urano-triplatinide.
