"Reach" is correct, though I would use a word like "arrive" instead since it refers to traveling to a specific place while "reach" is used more for acquiring something.

Right, we don't use "reach" with "there" very much, as it sounds awkward. Either "once I'm there" or "once I reach your place" would be better.
