    Re: stress

A closer approximation to your sentences would be:
    1. Our physical surroundings often cause stress and many experiments have alredy demonstrated that stress is harmful to our health.
    1. Our physical surroundings often cause stress and research has shown that stress is harmful to our health.

    2. For me, the best way to blow off the stress is sleeping. Sleeping help me not only to refresh my mind but also solve problems more effciently.
    2. For me, the best way to deal with stress is sleeping. Sleeping helps me not only (to-omit) refresh my mind, but also to tackle problems more effciently.

    3. Sometimes, after taking a nap, great worries settled clearly.: this is not clear: do you mean, you feel calmer (less worried), or by 'clearly', do you mean that you have a better understanding how to deal with your problems?

    4. Singing loudly is another way to cope with stress. It has the same effect with yelling. Sometimes, by yelling out, we can put our mind at complet ease.
    4. Singing loudly is another way to cope with stress, as is yelling. Sometimes, by singing or yelling out loud, we can ease the pressure on our minds.
