    "advice and suggestion

Can I say " an advice"?
    Is "advice" a countable noun?
    "Accept an advice?"
    "Accept a suggestion?"

    Which one is correct?

    Re: "advice and suggestion

Advice is not countable when it means counsel or kind helpful words. In legal language, however, an advice is a document giving warning, or at least informing, of a legal situation. There, it is countable. So, accept an advice is only ok if it is an advice document from a lawyer, not when you mean helpful words of counsel.

...and "accept a suggestion" is fine. You can count suggestions.
