    What are "member owned corp." and "investor corp"?

    Hello,

    I am translating these words.

    Corporation
    Proprietorship
    Partnership
    Member Owned Corp.
    Municipality
    Investor Corp.
    Other


    Could someone show me the example of "member-owned corp." and "investor corp."? I can not get a piture.

    I think this will make it a bit easier. To simplify a bit, a corporation is a limited-liability entity; a member-owned one is a joint-stock company owned by a small number of proprietors in executive control; an investor corporation is a joint stock company owned mainly by shareholders to whom the executive are accountable.
