    correct?

    Hi,

could you please tell me whether the highlighted part of the following sentence is correct:

Upon delivery of any individual order to the seller, the relevant transaction is, in terms of the goods ordered, considered complete in the wording of the given order and this General Purchase Agreement. (the intended meaning is that the transaction is completed exactly as specified in the order and the agreement)

    Thanks a lot!

    Re: correct?

That's not how I see it:

Upon delivery of any individual order to the seller, the relevant transaction is, in terms of the goods ordered, considered complete in the wording of the given order and this General Purchase Agreement.

(the intended meaning is that the transaction is completed exactly as specified in the order and the agreement

I think it means that when an order is delivered, the transaction (the agreement or the order) is considered complete.(fulfilled as promised)

    Re: correct?

It'd be clearer if it said '...complete according to the wording of...' or '...complete in the terms of...' or '...complete as specified in...'. I wouldn't say your version was wrong, but it could be clearer.
