    I want to know which one of the two usages is correct and Why?

    2. Advanced Computing Skills for All

    I see:

    Advanced Computer Skills

    listed as a class. It is for people who already know basic computer skills and now want the "advanced" class, one that is more in-depth. They tend to be for the serious student, not "for all."
