    Post tense

When I say "She was so beautiful before" does it also imply that she is not beautiful now.

    Re: tense

Yes, but it does not assert it, since you could perfectly well say

She was beautiful before and still is.

    without contradiction.

so is it more precise to say "She was beautiful before and not until now."

Also, please tell the right way to say 'it.'

    Re: tense

    This has become de-railed.
Let's go back. Your original sentence was:
    "She was so beautiful before."
    and you asked:
Does it imply that she is not beautiful now?

It implies that she is not as beautiful now as she was. This might be because of injuries to her face, or the effects of an illness - or cosmetic surgery gone horribly wrong!

"She was beautiful before and not until now."
This does not make sense. what were you trying to say?
