    Usage of flee away

All my worries seem to flee away when I look into your eyes.

Is the above sentence grammatically correct? Can anyone suggest some better alternatives?

Are you sure you understand the difference between 'to fly'/'to fly away' and 'to flee'?

    Re: Usage of flee away

    Hi David,

I am sure I understand the difference between them. It's just that I encountered such a usage of flee in one of the books and felt something was wrong with that. That's the reason I posted it here to see if it sounds weird to native speakers too.

Thanks David! Your reply implies that it should be fly away, not flee away.

That seems to clear that up!
