    Which sentence is correct?

    Hello,

    Please let me know which sentence is grammatically correct among the two below.

    1) As per your consent, the retainer amount will be 16000 per month effective April 01, 2009.

    2) As per your consent, effective April 01, 2009 the retainer amount will be 16000 per month.
