Student or Learner
I would like to make sentences with the word 'bound'. Then, are the following sentences OK?
1) My mum's feet are bloated due to inactivity and being bed-bound for days in hospital.
2) He has become wheelchair-bounded after the car accident.
3) Any other suggestion similar to the above usage of 'bound'?
4) To describe the feet have been bloated/swollen due to fluid retention caused by kidney failure, shall I say 'bloated feet' or 'swollen feet'?

Stomachs can be bloated, but not legs/feet.
After the accident he was confined to a wheelchair.
