How many morphemes are in "wrongdoing"?

    Are there 3 morphemes: wrong-do-ing? I think there are 2 morphemes: wrong-doing

    which is correct and why?

"Doing" has 2 morphemes. "Do" is the base/stem verb. "ing" is an inflectional morpheme which forms the gerund or present participle of "do".
