What does stand in a draft mean?

    Hello
What does " stand in a draft" mean in the this passage:
"Sweating helps to keep you cool because sweat takes heat away from the body as it evaporates on the skin .If you have been exercising and are very sweaty, and then stand in a draft, you will notice this cooling effect very quickly. "

I'm translating this text into my mother language, and I've never heard this expression before. Can you tell me what it means exactly.
    Thanks in advance!

What are other ways to express the same meaning?

You may also see it spelt 'draught' (often preferred in Br English). But this draught definition | Dictionary.com just refers to draft definition | Dictionary.com . The relevant definition is 'A current of air in an enclosed space'. This meaning was used to make a pun with the meaning 'draught beer', together with a double meaning of "terrific", in an advertisement for beer: There's a terrific draught at your local.

    Thanks. It makes sense.
Well, when people stop exercising, they stop to take their breath or drink something. I figured this could be what this phrase mean.
So are the following definitions of draft absolutely irrelevent?
    - an act of drinking or inhaling.
    - The drawing of a liquid, as from a cask or keg.
    - A gulp, swallow, or inhalation.
    - The amount taken in by a single act of drinking or inhaling.
