    enable / enables?... please explain

    A company seeks to identify their best customers. Once identified, enables company to communicate with them actively in a
    drive to foster brand loyalty.

    As far as I understand you, your problem is the combination of 'enables' (3rd Person singular) and 'customers' (plural). 'Enables' relates to the process/result of the identification of the best customers, the whole body of customers, customers as a whole.
    It wouldn't make sense to say that the customers (themselves) enable the company to communicate with them (customers).
