    One for all.

    Hi!

If you want apply in all the schools in your neighbourhood, but don't know their names and exact addresses, what do you write in the recipent's address place? Any specific format? You will personally go to each school and hand in the letter along with your CV.

    Thanks, Mr. Nutty

My advice would be to either leave out the school's name and address by addressing your cover letter to "To Whom It May Concern:" OR (b) google the schools in your area and find out their names and addresses.

As a former employer, now retired, I can tell you that if you want to show the schools that you are serious about finding a job, you need to take the time to find the names and addresses of each school, and also the name of the person who will be looking at your CV. Show them that you are resourceful.

The local school board should have all that information.

    I am not a teacher.

Thanks for such a helpful reply, Soup! Can you please tell me where to add "To Whome It May Concern:" in a letter? And, do I need to include my address? In short, could you please tell me the "To Whom it May Concern:" format?

It may, however, be different in Pakistan.

    Hello, Soup!

Thanks for your response. I browsed the website link you recommended, and would like to consult something with you.

    Cover Letter Template,

Here, they say "The first section of your cover letter should include information on how the employer can contact you. If you have contact information for the employer, include that. Otherwise, just list your information."

From what I understand, it's not essential to list the contact information about the company if I don't know that. What are your thoughts about it?

    Thanks, Mr. Nutty

Your contact information, not the company's.

Of course, I understand that it may be different. However, if the person plans to go to each school to hand deliver the CV, he/she already must have the addresses. So, putting each address on should not be difficult.
